So you say you want to be the son or daughter of a movie star? You're dreaming of being born into wealth, being on everyone's A-list, and causing a fuss and commotion wherever you go. Well, the little known secret about being the child of a celebrity is that you may get a 'unique' baby name.
We've looked around and made this list of unusual and unique celebrity baby names we thought you would enjoy.
- Reignbeau and Freedom - Reignbeau and Freedom were the baby names chosen for the daughter and son of Ving Rhames. Can you tell which is the girl's name and which is the boy's name?
- Pilot Inspektor - Jason Lee and Beth Riesgraf named their son Pilot Inspektor. We have inspekted this name, and do not like it.
- Apple - No one is quite sure why, but Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin named their baby girl Apple.
- Rumer Glenn, Tallulah Belle and Scout LaRue - Bruce Willis and Demi Moore named their 3 daughters Rumer Glenn, Tallulah Belle and Scout LaRue. If you are going to name your child rumer, at least spell it right!
- Banjo - Out of all the possible names, Rachel Griffiths chose to name her son 'Banjo'. I bet she has heard the 'Banjo on my knee' joke a bunch of times.
- Jett - What a great name for a girl, but this is the name John Travolta and Kelly Preston chose for their son.
- Diezel and Denim - Diezel and Denim were the baby boy names chosen by Toni Braxton and Keri Lewis.
- Prince Michael, Prince Michael II, and Paris Michael - Prince Michael, Prince Michael II, and Paris Michael are the children's names of Michael Jackson. We find this just a little to egotistical, and too much of an effort to pay hommage to one's name.
- Speck Wildhorse and Hud - Maybe Hud is an alright name, but Speck Wildhorse? John Mellencamp and Elaine Irwin could have spent a little more time naming their two sons.
- Tu - Rob Morrow and Debbon Ayre named their daughter Tu, so her name would be Tu Morrow. "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I wish may name was not Tu Morrow. It's only a day away".
- Audio Science - Who on earth would name their baby Audio Science. Shannyn Sossamon and Dallas Clayton, that's who.
- Moon Unit, Ahmet Emuukha Rodan, Dweezil, and Diva - Moon Unit, Ahmet Emuukha Rodan, Dweezil, and Diva were the baby names chosen by Frank Zappa. Deep down, though we hate to admit it, we'd love to have a friend named 'Moon Unit'.
- Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily, Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossom, and Pixie - Paula Yates is responsible for these celebrity baby names.
- Zowie - David Bowie named his son Zowie so his name would be Zowie Bowie. This should be a crime. Luckily, he later changed his name to Joe before settling on Duncan.
- Elijah Bob Patricius Guggi Q - Had singer Bono just stopped after Elijah, this would be a great name. But following this up with 'Bob Patricius Guggi Q' makes this baby name questionable.
- Jaz - Andre Agassi named his daughter Jaz. We think this is a decent name for a boy, but question it for a girl.
- Romeo and Brooklyn - Victoria and David Beckham named their sons Romeo and Brooklyn. We cannot think of two more opposite names for a pair of brothers.
- Aurelius - Elle Macpherson named her son Aurelius. Sometimes we like this name and sometimes we question it. You decide.
- Lyric and Zephyr - Robby Benson chose to name her daughter Lyric and her son Zephyr. Yikes!
- Hopper - Hopper was the name chosen by Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn for their son. We think they could have come up with a better name than 'Hopper Penn'.
- Kyd - The name Kyd, chosen by David Duchovny and Tea Leoni for their baby boy, is a great name until their kid is not a kid anymore. We wouldn't want to be 55 years old with the name kid.
- Jermajesty - Not to be outdone by his brother, Jermaine Jackson named his son Jermajesty. We consider this the worst name of all time.
